1. Who we are

SinoDestiny is operated by Xi Cheng, a sole trader based in the Czech Republic. Contact: [email protected]. Website: sinodestiny.com.

2. What the service is — and what it is not

SinoDestiny generates a personalised written report based on Chinese BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny), computed from the birth date, time and place you provide, using established calendrical algorithms and interpretive texts.

For self-reflection and cultural interest only. A BaZi report is not a prediction of fact, not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and not a substitute for a qualified professional. Decisions you make remain yours.

3. Orders and pricing

• Prices are shown in your local currency (EUR, CZK or USD) before checkout. Where VAT applies, it is included in the displayed price.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and your report is delivered (on-screen link plus email).

4. Accuracy of the information you provide

The report is computed from exactly what you enter. If the birth details are wrong, the reading will not describe you — this is inherent to the method, not a defect. If you notice a typo, contact us within 14 days and we will regenerate your report once for free (see our Refund Policy).

5. Delivery

Delivery is immediate: a report link is shown on screen after payment and sent to your email address. Links stay valid for 90 days; after that, reply to your receipt email and we will re-send it free of charge.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Refunds are handled as described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Because the product is digital content delivered immediately at your request, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends on delivery.

7. Acceptable use

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase.
• Do not scrape, resell, redistribute or publish the reports. Each report is licensed to the purchaser for personal use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or circumvent rate limits.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the content of a report.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Consumers may also rely on mandatory protections of their country of residence and use out-of-court dispute resolution (e.g. the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, ČOI).

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase. Material changes never apply retroactively to completed orders.
